FM4442 (replacement for SLE4442) White PVC Card, Gloss Finish

The FM4442 offers the same chip capabilities as the Infineon SLE4442 which has now been diskontinued. It offers 256x8 Bits EEPROM with write protect functions and programmable security code.

The FM4442 also features irreversible byte-wise write protection. It’s contact configuration is in accordance to ISO standard 7816 (synchronous transmission) and it has a minimum of 100,000 write/erase cycles.

Typical applications include customer loyalty cards, health cards, membership cards, school cards, vending cards, identity cards & access control.
