The Crescendo C1100 with MIFARE DESFire® EV1 + Prox from HID Global is standards-compliant offering support for network and computer access (log in to workstations and laptops or web-based applications cryptographically protected operation). It is typically used for employee ID badges, providing a cost effective solution that eliminates the need for users to carry multiple credentials and remember multiple passwords and PIN's. This card features a C1100 PKI contact chip, MIFARE DESFire EV1 8K & Proximity (HID or Indala) however the C1100 card is available with a wide variety of different RFID interfaces to suit a majority of physical access control requirements. This smart card is ideal where organisations use card management systems (CMS) such as HID's ActivID® as well as other third party CMS systems.

Delivery is a key part of Universal’s service. We will always give the most realistic and achievable timescales before we take your order.
In order to help provide better service to our customers we stock most popular memory, microprocessor and contactless cards. We also hold readers, printers, consumables and card accessories to enable quick delivery. This allows us to offer shorter lead-times, next business day on stocked items to around three to four weeks for non-stock, including printed/personalized cards.
Furthermore, we package cards using outer corrugated cartons (capable of holding 500 cards at a time) to fully protect your order whilst in transit.
Please note that lead times will vary by product, specific requirements and stock availability. Delivery dates may also be affected by public/bank and local holidays.
If placing an order online, you may wish to contact us for confirmation of the delivery date. We will confirm stock levels within 24/48 hours where an order is placed on a working day.
