After Sales Service

The phrase ‘customer service' is one of those key phrases that most companies use in their marketing literature, but is it really employed and given the priority it deserves - the priority YOU deserve? Do most companies employ what you would class as a high level of ‘customer service' and ‘after sales support?' In a recent ISO customer satisfaction survey undertaken by our clients 94% of responses said our service is either good or excellent.
