After Sales Service

The phrase ‘customer service' is one of those key phrases that most companies use in their marketing literature, but is it really employed and given the priority it deserves - the priority YOU deserve? Do most companies employ what you would class as a high level of ‘customer service' and ‘after sales support?' What if there is a problem with an order, but you are kept up to speed, given regular progress reports, advised of all the actions that at are taking place so that you know everything is being done to minimise the inconvenience caused?
