The integrated contactless/contact smart card readers from OMNIKEY provide a cost-efficient means for end users to implement new contactless PC-linked applications without having to re-badge. Contactless PC-linked applications are enabled whilst existing contact-based applications remain accessible. Their RFID smart card readers comply with ISO 14443 A/B and 15693 standards to work with a wide variety of contactless cards. All relevant industry standards for contact cards are also met.
